There’s More Smoke in this Situation

There’s the removal of Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette from command of Carrier Strike Group Three. The rumor is that this is related to the Admiral’s decision to support Africom commanding officer U.S. General Carter Ham when he began to respond to the situation in Benghazi on September 11th. General Ham was ordered to stand down, and apparently defied those orders and was arrested by his 2nd-in-command.

This is mostly rumor and conjecture, the Obama Administration is not saying anything more than the fact that these officers were removed. But your most senior commanders in a war theater? One after another?

Google their names and decide for yourself.
